MW Maiden Property is Continuing its Boiler Upgrade Project throughout 2026/2027 to meet the expected EPC regulations due 2028, which is being self funded by our company rental income.
Already the project has replaced Legacy Boilers across our estate since 2024, and is expected to complete early in 2027, so all of our homes have new boilers. This giving our tenants improved living conditions, and lower cost energy bills.
A new Worcester Combi was installed in one our properties in West Lancs, by one of our trusted partners, replacing a reliable but legacy, Baxi combi.
The boiler was fitted with the latest heating controls, and two new , dual panel radiators, where installed in the loft space, to increase heat output in the coldest areas of the home.
