MW Maiden Property is Continuing its Refresh of the companies existing portfolio, throughout 2026, to improve service, to our existing tenants.
The refresh has included, new front doors, fence panels and gates, new flooring, updates to kitchen worktops, new kitchen appliances, bathroom radiators, and shower mixers.
The company will continue the refresh project throughout 2026, to ensure our properties, meet the required standards to secure long term tenancies, and reduce tenant turnovers within in the portfolio and provide good value for money.
