MW Maiden Property has continued its commitment to Energy Efficient Homes by updating loft Installation and Improving Roof Energy Efficiency on older home on our estate using one of our trusted contractors from the local area.
One of our semi detached home in West Lancashire, had new loft insulation , along with new roof, re using existing slate tiles , where possible. This work, along with a new Combi Boiler installed previously is expected to bring cheaper energy costs to the tenant.
